 Eligibility: First United Methodist Church (FUMC) welcomes the use of its designated OLD WOODEN TABLES AND METAL CHAIRS by church members, non-profit public service groups in the Carroll community and other members of the community.

Fees: Members of FUMC will be allowed to borrow these designated tables/chairs for personal use at no cost.

Non-profit public service groups in the Carroll area, and all other private groups or individuals will be allowed to borrow for their events or fundraisers for a fee of $5 per table and 8 chairs per day.

Scheduled congregational events have priority for use of tables and chairs. It is advised to schedule use at least 2 weeks prior to the date needed. To schedule use, please call the church and leave your name and number with our administrative secretary. The person in charge of scheduling will return your phone call to arrange date and signing of the policy prior to pick up.

Conditions: All groups utilizing tables or chairs are bound by the following conditions:

 1.) The pick-up and drop off of the designated tables and chairs from FUMC is the responsibility of the borrower.  You must check in with our administrative assistant between the hours of 8:30 – 4 pm Mon – Fri. to see if tables/chairs are available and sign the damage waiver form below.  Tables and chairs must be picked up/returned to the church between hours of 8:30-4pm Mon – Fri.

 2.) Tables and chairs shall be returned to proper storage area in the same condition as they were borrowed: clean and fully operational.

 3.) The cost of repairs or replacement due to damage from use will be the full responsibility of the borrower.
